The diversity of raw materials naturally results in a partial gelatinization of the starch fraction, increasing the gelatinization degree of the final product. The result is an off-white to light-brown, free-flowing powder with a mild acidic odour and characteristic potato taste. The elevated gelatinization level enhances digestibility and binding performance, making Potato Mix 65 a highly suitable nutritional ingredient for a wide range of petfood applications.
