Our Potato Mix is a nutritious, non-GMO carbohydrate source, obtained from various byproducts from the potato processing industry. The main raw materials used are potato
cuttings, potato starch, steamed potato peels and potato pulp. Additionally, whole potato, potato puree, potato flakes and precooked potato can be used in smaller amounts in order to
guarantee a consistent nutritional and functional product. Due to the diversity in byproducts of the Potato Mix, part of the starch molecules have formed gel-like structures, increasing the gelatinization degree of this product. Potato Mix is an off-white to light-brown, free-flowing powder with a light acidic smell, typical for potato, and typical potato taste. Potato Mix is highly suitable as nutritional ingredient for many pet food applications.
