Product description

Quinoa flour is a healthy source of gluten-free carbohydrates, and rich in protein (11% typical value). The quinoa is first cleaned, mechanically scarified, washed, disinfected, dried, pre-cooked, selected and graded. The white quinoa is then grinded into a cream-coloured fine powder, with the characteristic flavour and aroma of quinoa.

Compared with many other grains, quinoa seeds are rich in proteins, dietary fibre, vitamin B and dietary minerals. Therefore, quinoa flour is an excellent source of energy for use in healthy foodstuffs.
