Product description
Toasted pumpkin Protein 60 is a protein rich product with an interesting amino acid profile and good digestibility. The pumpkin seeds are mechanically heated and pressed, during this process most of the oil content is reduced.
The remaining residue (pumpkin seed meal) is used as a base for further purification to raise the protein content. After grinding, a green crumbly powder with a typical taste and odour remains. Toasted Pumpkin Protein 60 is also available as an organic product.
This ingredient is suitable as a vegetable ingredient for both food and feed applications.
