Chicory Pulp is a side stream product of the Inulin production process from Chicory roots. The roots are cut into small strips, washed, the Inulin is seperated and the remaining product is pressed and dried. Chicory pulp is a greyish coarse powder with high pectin levels. Chicory pulp is especially suitable for animal feed and petfood applications.
