Product description
Soy protein concentrate 70 is a protein-rich product. It is easily digestible and has a strong amino acid profile, making it perfect as a substitute for animal proteins such as fishmeal and milk proteins. Soy protein concentrate 70 is obtained from further purification of soy bean meal. Soy bean meal is extracted from soybeans after pressing. The soy bean oil is separated from soybeans, and the residual product (soy bean meal) is used as a raw material to produce soy protein concentrate. Soy protein concentrate 70 is manufactured with a unique, patented production method involving only water, no other additives is used in the production process. Drying and grinding results in a cream-coloured flour or fine powder with a characteristic aroma and flavour.
Soy protein concentrate 70 is suitable to use as a nutritional protein ingredient in food, such as nutritional blends or processed meat and dough products, as well as in animal feed such as aquafeed, pet food, piglet feed and CMR.
