Soy Protein Concentrate 70 is a non-GMO protein-rich product with a strong amino acid profile and high digestibility, making it a good substitute for animal proteins, such as fishmeal and dairy products.
Soy protein concentrate 70 is produced after a further purification of defatted soybean meal. The final product is a cream-colored fine powder with a typical odour and neutral taste. Soy Protein Concentrate 70 has excellent water-binding and emulsification properties, and can be used as a nutritional protein ingredient for food applications.
