Rice protein concentrate 50 is an easily digestible protein-rich product that is derived from liquid processing of rice. The rice is first cleaned, peeled and grounded. The rice starch is then separated from the other components using an enzyme treatment. After filtering, the protein-rich slurry that remains is dried and then grounded into a brown flour or fine powder with a characteristic aroma and flavour.
Rice protein concentrate 50 has a strong amino acid profile, is easily digestible, and has hypoallergenic properties. This makes it ideal for use as a nutrient in food, young animal feed and pet food applications.
