Product description
Potato granulate is rich in carbohydrates and it is aneasy digestible starch. The product is obtained when potato granulates are produced for human consumption. Potato granules contain all the ingredients of a whole potato, except the skin. The product is constantly sieved during processing. The sieved material is collected and air-dried and then grinded into a light brown granulate. Up to 95% of the available starch is pregelatinized, which makes it easy to digest.
Potato granules are perfect as a gluten-free, easily digestible energy source in young animal feed, pet food and food.
