The Pea Functional Starch has a neutral taste and exhibits high binding capacity and viscosity control. In addition, the gentle processing ensures the preservation of the native structures. Its characteristics makes the Pea Functional Starch very suitable for the use in recipes for muffins, pancakes and waffles, but also products like nuggets, potato shots and cheese bites. It is also ideal for the use in sauces, dressings and dairy alternatives like creamers and yoghurts. The Pea Functional Starch is allergen, solvent and gluten free.
