Mung Bean Protein Concentrate contains 54-58% of protein and is obtained through dry-fractionation of mung bean. It has been heat-treated for pasteurization and deodorization in a C02 neutral factory. It has good foaming, emulsifying and oil/water binding properties, and is a texture enhancer. This makes it a versatile ingredient for bakery, snacks, egg-replacement and many more applications.
