Our Mung Bean Protein Isolate – MungPro™ is a high-quality protein concentrate with minimum 80% protein content, derived from non-GMO raw mung beans. MungPro™ has a neutral sensory profile and exhibits excellent solubility, gelling, emulsifying and stable foaming capacities. Moreover, it provides a creamy texture and smooth mouthfeel. Due to its unique characteristics, MungPro™ is ideal for developing dairy-free applications such as creamers, yoghurts, cheeses, ice creams, and ready-to-drink high-protein beverages. It is also well-suited for powdered beverages, protein bars and baking applications. Moreover, it is ideal for the use in egg replacements and various bakery applications. MungPro™ is allergen, solvent, lactose and gluten free.
