MungPro™ has a neutral sensory profile and exhibits excellent solubility, gelling, emulsifying and stable foaming capacities. Moreover, it provides a creamy texture and smooth mouthfeel. Due to its unique characteristics, MungPro™ is ideal for developing dairy-free applications such as creamers, yoghurts, cheeses, ice creams, and ready-to-drink high-protein beverages. It is also well-suited for powdered beverages, protein bars and baking applications. Moreover, it is ideal for the use in egg replacements and various bakery applications.
