Product description
Guar protein concentrate 60 is a high-valuable source of protein with a strong amino acid profile and a high energy content. Moreover, guar proteins have excellent water and fat-binding properties. The protein concentrate is extracted from the guar seeds by steaming, toasting, splitting and micronisation. The heat treatment reduces the anti-nutritional factors, while micronisation greatly increases the solubility and digestibility (>95%). The result is a fine, odourless powder that can be used to replace fishmeal, soy bean meal, wheat gluten, corn gluten, etc.
Guar protein concentrate 60 can be used as a high-value source of nutritional proteins and energy in feed for young animals, such as piglet feed and milk replacers, as well as aquafeed, poultry feed and pet food. Feeding animals with guar protein concentrate also benefits feed conversion and increases productivity.
