Our Chickpea Protein Concentrate – ChanaTein™ is a high-quality protein concentrate with minimum 70% protein content, derived from non-GMO raw chickpeas. The Chickpea Protein Concentrate has a neutral sensory profile and exhibits excellent solubility, gelling and emulsifying capacities. Moreover, it provides a creamy texture and smooth mouthfeel. Due to it’s unique characteristics, Chickpea Protein Concentrate is ideal for developing dairy-free applications such as creamers, yoghurts, cheeses, ice creams, and ready-to-drink high-protein beverages. It is also well-suited for powdered beverages, protein bars and baking applications. The Chickpea Protein Concentrate is allergen, solvent, lactose and gluten free.
