Pea Flour is produced from Non-GMO yellow peas. The peas are dehulled, dried and ground to a fine powder. Pea flour is a fine yellow powder (<250µm) with a typical taste and smell. Pea flour can be used in young animal and petfood products ans is also available in extruded form.
